SWAX maximises engineering potential and enables faster and better project execution.
Is SWAX a resourcing agent?
No, SWAX does not body shop resources or connect dots like a resourcing agent. SWAX is a partner and works closely with clients. Putting together a team of specialist consultants from its own resource pool based on a project need, with complete project management, technical oversight, and quality control. SWAX takes complete responsibility of the work package outsourced.
What is the meaning of SWAX?
“SWAX” means beautiful eye, as in someone has an eye for it, they can see what others cannot see. It defines our ethos.
How does SWAX operate virtually?
SWAX operates virtually through a secured cloud-based platform to manage data storage, sharing, work flow within the project team, and document control. Our clients have complete confidence in our secure operating platform.
What insurances do you have?
We are covered by professional indemnity, public liability and employer’s liability insurances.
How does SWAX form its resource pool?
SWAX assures the fulfilment of the engineering scope. SWAX performs project management, technical authority oversight of the work, quality checks and takes complete responsibility of the work undertaken.
What does SWAX do in the process?

What skillsets are within SWAX capabilities?
SWAX capabilities cover engineering specialists for a wide range of disciplines. Including but not limited to: piping, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, marine, naval architecture, controls and automation, analytical and numerical modelling.
Does SWAX just do detail engineering design and drafting?
As well as detail engineering design and drafting SWAX also supports during concept and FEED phases. SWAX provides specialist consulting services including management of testing programmes for product development and on-site representation at international locations (e.g. for FATs and SATs).
What do you do about data security and storage?
SWAX uses one of the most secured cloud based platforms to store data.
